    Our wafer cones of semi-artisanal Spanish manufacture are of excellent quality; crispy and tasty.
    The edges of the cone are reinforced by the inner folding of the fine wafer and do not break by loading them with ice.

    The cones are carefully packed to prevent breakage and to protect them from moisture. Thus they remain crispy very long after manufacture.

    We offer wafer cones of several sizes; diameter 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 70 and 90 mm. We also offer «American» cones, diameter 100 mm.

    Display cases and accessories for cones

    We offer several models of small display cases for your cones. A transparent plexiglass display case, designed by the founder of the company and made in France, with three shelves, showing your cones. The window door can be easily removed for faster service. Closed, your cones no longer fear moisture. Two models are available; 30x30x58H cm and 40x30x57H cm. In our range, there are also cylindrical glass cases for cones, with a height of 60 cm.

  • Stabilizers/ Sugars/ Bases/ Milk powder

    Stabilizers

    Stabilizers soften your ice cream and prevent crystallization. You have certainly already tasted a sandy ice cream with a sensation of ice cubes on the tongue. The main challenge for the glacier is to fight against the water that can crystallize and the solution is stabilizers. The stabilizers developed at the beginning by the industrialists were then adapted by the Italian glaciers.

    Why two kinds of stabilizers? The sorbets are worked cold, with a stabilizer which must not heat. On the other hand, for creams, the legal obligation of pasteurization allows us more effective stabilizers that develop during cooking. Stabilizers do not affect the taste of your recipe in any way.

    Sugars

    Before the 1950s ice cream was made from fresh whole milk, fresh egg yolks, sugar and the desired flavor. This custard rose slowly on the fire and then, in order to freeze it, it was put in a vertical ice cream maker immersed in a brine and taken out with a wooden spatula. The only way available so as not to have too hard an ice cream was to add sugar to enrich the dry extracts. But that had one big drawback: the ice cream was too sweet and we served it with a glass of water.

    Italian ice cream makers have suggested that we replace part of the usual sugar (called SACCHAROSE) with other less sweet sugars and therefore increase the dry extracts without being too sweet: moreover, less sweet ice cream is more tolerable and the customer will ask for it. more !

    We offer dextrose, glucose and trimoline (invert sugar)

    Bases

    We offer several kinds of bases (an already dosed and balanced mixture of glucose, dextrose, milk protein and stabilizers.) There are bases for sorbets and creams, as well as for Italian ice cream (soft).

    Powdered milk

    We offer 0% fat powdered milk. Why don’t we sell powdered milk with 26% fat? Because dry fat can quickly turn rancid and you can smell it in ice. Milk powder with 0% fat does not have this defect. Our milk, Isigny, is French and classified AOC.

  • Marbling/ Topping / Fruits

    Marbling

    The visual aspect of the ice is a very important element! A pretty display cabinet with tins of mouth-watering ice cream is a real eye-catcher.

    We offer a wide range of marbling. The marbling is incorporated into the ice cream at the outlet of the turbine, and to decorate it afterwards.

    The marbling, in addition to giving this pretty marbled aspect to the ice creams, brings an additional taste and a texture to the perfumes. Some examples of marbling that we provide: white chocolate, amarena, forest fruits, soft caramel, white chocolate pistachio, chocolate hazelnut …

    The toppings are used to decorate your tubs, sundaes and cones. We supply a wide range of toppings, such as coffee, caramel, chocolate, strawberry and mango. The toppings are packaged in 1 kg bottles, easy to use. We also offer a special support for toppings, in plexiglass with 3 holes.

    Fruits are also used to decorate and flavor your tubs or cups. We offer, among others, amarena cherry in syrup, candied chestnuts in syrup, caramelized pecans, pistachios and toasted hazelnuts.   • Granita

    Granita, or granita, is often very popular during very hot summer periods. A granita corner can add a real plus to your store.

     We provide a wide range of granita syrups: lemon, mango / passion, mojito (alcohol-free), pina colada (alcohol-free), mint, etc. Syrups dilute with water and are very easy to use.

  • Natural Extracts

    Natural extracts are used to flavor your bases – they are more natural and more concentrated than aromas.

     We offer you, among others, natural extracts of coffee, semi-bitter caramel, mint and vanilla. We also supply you with high quality Dutch 20/22% fat cocoa powder.

  • Cardboard and plastic jars

    We offer a wide range of cardboard and plastic consumables, made in Italy. Several sizes are available for the cardboard jars, with opening diameters between 60 and 130 mm. We also provide “American”, white, customizable jars. Do not hesitate to consult us to know which size to choose in relation to the number of scoops of ice cream you wish to serve. If you are serving with a spatula we can also indicate the ideal sizes.

     Cardboard jars are available with or without a lid (cardboard or plastic) and can for most sizes be personalized. We also offer cups for milkshake and granita.

     Plastic corollas are also available in several sizes, ranging from 80 to 100 mm in diameter, with or without a cover.

    Plastic pots will gradually be replaced by pots made from biodegradable materials, according to the new anti-plastic regulations.

    Indispensable for take-out – insulated boxes! We offer them in several sizes, with or without welded interiors.

    The Torta Box model is a packaging specially designed for frozen cakes and verrines. The Impilo model is easy to stack and the Pasqualina model separates up to 12 fragrances in the same box.
